Thanks for placing an order with us! You have just been sent an email with your order confirmation. Don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders if you can’t find it!
What happens next?
- We’re going to process your order as soon as we can. This normally happens within 1 – 24 hours from now…
- Depending on what info you submitted, you simply have to wait the advertised time (3 – 7 days) so that we have time to do our thing 🙂
- If after that time, your device is not unlocked and we haven’t informed you of any news about your order, you just have to consider it unsuccessful, and we will too 🙂
- Of course there are instances where orders can unlock if you wait a little longer, so we will inform you if at some point we retrieve the key to unlock your device! Since you no longer have an official order with us at this point, we will require payment before to make sure that somebody else isn’t also processing your device (golden rule)
